Fast Footwork Drills
Enhance your footwork and defensive maneuvers with this solo netball drill, which also serves as an excellent fitness exercise.
Set up a cone or a small object in the garden / open space.
Position yourself behind the cone with a netball in hand.
Execute a throw in front of you.
Employ swift footwork to maneuver around the cone and catch the ball.
Challenge yourself to minimize ball bounces, aiming for no more than one bounce.
This drill is not only effective for refining footwork and defensive skills but also contributes to overall fitness improvement.
